Connect APP SyncUpdated a month ago

Please reach out to us at [email protected] and answer the following questions:


- Is Bluetooth connected?

- Is the phone connected to the internet?

- Can you log in to your account?

- What is your phone model

- What version of Android or iOS are you using? Did you check for phone software updates for the newest version?

- Can you uninstall and reinstall the APP?

- Can you try to connect to the APP while the controller is outside of the belt?
